I ordered the tiles above only to be told 2 days later that it was not in stock and that I will be sent alternative choices that I can order but that never happened. I had to call up myself to chase this up and order alternatives on the phone only to be sent wrong items and I that I had to pay over £70 to return. They couldn't even got the returns form wrong telling me to send 123 boxes back not 123 pieces (15 boxes). Very inefficient company.”
