“Purchased tiles for 4 bathrooms . Arrived on date promised. Discovered a few weeks later when unpacking tiles ready for our tiier that a number of the large Hellas tiles were broken. I emailed tile mountain with photos and received a reply the next day and replacement tiles arrived 3 days later. Tiles are really well priced and we have received excellent customer service. .”

Goods didn't arrive, zero customer service, no calls back i had to constantly chase them, no interest in chasing the delivery even though it didn't arrive 3 days running. In fact staff told not to chase the courier by managers. Cost me 3 days money for men sitting waiting for a non existent delivery and Tile Mountain were not interested one iota in resolving the delivery issue. If i could give a minus star rating that would be too good.”

We are very sorry to see that your customer experience has not been what we would like. We do use a third-party courier and so unfortunately are dependant on them for updates regarding deliveries. We can see that we have chased this on numerous occasions but unfortunately were struggling to get an answer.
