“Nice tile but I would not call them grey! They are more of a stone colour, I wouldn’t have used them but my tiler was waiting for them to arrive so he could complete the job. Lesson learnt not to order off line in future. Also needed a few extra tiles and was charged £26 postage!! If I’d have got them from the high street I’d have seen the colour and would have been able to nip and get the extra tiles. Would not recommend”
We apologise the tiles were not as expected. We offer a free cut and full-size sample service on our tiles to ensure our customers are happy with the product prior to placing a full order. In regards to the additional tiles, we would always suggest adding wastage to the order to account for extra cuts which may need to be made. We charge a reduced fee of 26.99 for orders below £250 however we are unable to cover the full cost, I am sorry. If our customer service team can assist further please contact us.
