“We were slightly disappointed that two of our tiles were marked up for flaws although, in reality the flaws were so minor, we would never have noticed them had they not been flagged up - it would have been nice to have known this prior to opening the packet. However, we cannot fault Tile Mountain in any other way. They responded to our WhatsApp (out of hours) question as soon as business hours started and we were able to collect our tiles, saving the delivery fee. The tiles look absolutely beautiful and we are hoping they still have some left as we may put them in our main bathroom as well as our shower room. If it hasn't been for them failing to tell us about the 'flaws' in advance, we would have given a full five star rating. As the photo shows, we have created a 'feature' wall in the shower room.”

I am very sorry to see that your order did not arrive with you as planned. We do expect our courier to let us know of any problems with deliveries, but it does not look like this has happened in this instance. Please be assured that we are looking into this as a matter of urgency.

“Was asked to do a bathroom refurb away from home and far outside the area I normally cover so instead of using local tile suppliers I tried Tile Mountain half expecting poor quality broken tiles for the price. When the delivery came I had ear defenders on as was using loud equipment and whereas most drivers would abandon the delivery and charge for a second delivery the driver called to say he was at the door and couldn't get an answer which was first positive,
Out of 117 tiles I think only 2 were broken which is more than acceptable (always order over) and although there were minor variations in size once again well within acceptable levels the tiles were of a nice quality and gave a lovely finish to the bathroom - so much so I've ordered the grey version for my next job.
