“Was asked to do a bathroom refurb away from home and far outside the area I normally cover so instead of using local tile suppliers I tried Tile Mountain half expecting poor quality broken tiles for the price. When the delivery came I had ear defenders on as was using loud equipment and whereas most drivers would abandon the delivery and charge for a second delivery the driver called to say he was at the door and couldn't get an answer which was first positive,
Out of 117 tiles I think only 2 were broken which is more than acceptable (always order over) and although there were minor variations in size once again well within acceptable levels the tiles were of a nice quality and gave a lovely finish to the bathroom - so much so I've ordered the grey version for my next job.
