“I ordered some samples of tiles from Tile Mountain and one the samples did not show the pattern clear enough, when they followed up I explained this to them and they sent me a full tile , came the following day.
Superb customer service , good job I liked the tile as I am very keen to be placing my order of tiles with them due to this customer service and the quality of the tile itself for my new bathroom remodel and downstairs WC.

“The tiles look beautiful in design but unfortunately as our fitter began tiling he noticed that nearly all of them were bent in the middle, a bit banana shaped, and the corners of some of the tiles were 1mm uneven (slightly wider by 1mm or so) so couldn't get perfectly straight lines as where the corners stuck out by an extra 1mm he had to adjust the grout line and leave more or less of a gap to make the lines straight.
Unfortunately would not order again.”
