Unfortunately, one tile arrived broken, but after contacting Tile Mountain, they immediately sent two replacement tiles as a goodwill gesture and had them delivered the very next morning at 8am.
That’s what I call excellent customer service. The team really went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and without any hassle.
The tiles look fantastic, and the level of support I received was second to none. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Tile Mountain again and would happily recommend them to others.
