“Opened the pack of Tiles and had few broken tiles, waited 3-4 days for these only to be short now on the order i calculated. Still to sent refund and cost to call them to sort out, i wouldnt be purchasing again”

We are sorry to see that you are experiencing some problems cleaning your tiles. These are matt, and so any dirt, residues, etc, can stick in the texture of the tiles - however, this can easily be cleaned using the right cleaners and methods.
