“I rang up and payed for these tiles to be then told you don’t have them yet you took the money , Was promised I’ll get them in 4 weeks , waited 4 weeks to be told when I had to ring you guys Not you ringing me it’ll be another 8 weeks min !! Then told my refund will take up to 8 days so I can’t even go somewhere else and get them in time , not exactly a few tiles either it was 1600 pounds worth , terrible customer service would of just rather they told the truth in the first place or said you were out of stock. I’m definitely not recommending you guys to any customers and I’ll tell people to actively avoide . I understand things get held up but a bit of communication would of helped”
