“The tiles we purchased were amazing and the quality is excellent. We ordered from the plans/measurements given to us by our tiler however we were 8 tiles short (which is one pack). Having explained to the handler on the phone we only needed one more pack which weighs less than my 1 year old son, I was told we had to pay £25 for a pallet delivery. Having just spent upwards of £700 on tiles with the company I find it shocking that this wasn’t waived. Even the delivery driver who delivered the one pack of tiles on a pallet was shocked and laughing that one pack that small was on a pallet! I understand there are weight limits for DPD etc but it’s just laughable. Surely this cost should have been covered by the company considering how much we had just spent on tiles.”
We are very sorry to see that you are unhappy with our delivery costs. We do pay £40+ per pallet per order, and so already do subsidise this cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce this any further, but again are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the service that you have received.
