“The tiles are fine. Paying £30 for a delivery that failed to turn up when it said it would and a tracker only updated 4 hours after the delivery window less so.”
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the colour of the tiles wasn’t what you expected once they were laid.
Tile colours can appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings, which is why we always recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a full quantity. This lets you see the actual colour and finish in your space before committing to the full order.
Kind regards,
Tile Mountain Team
“Already had a delivery of these tiles but decided to have some more to extend an area in the garden. They are just fabulous. Keep the garden terrace bright even on the gloomiest of days, non slip and look beautifully modern. Delivery was next day, and tiles arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend these tiles and Tile Mountain for their phenomenal delivery turnaround, their quality and their prices.”
“I was searching for the perfect concrete effect patio tile and came across these. Fantastic price! I accidentally didn’t order enough the first time so had to order some more. The tiles were on pre-order but came the next day, which was amazing! Customer service was great too as they emailed me about the delivery.”
