We are very sorry to see that you are experiencing some problems with your tiles.
As these tiles are anti-slip, they do have a rougher texture, and dirt/residues can become stuck in the surface of the tile. This can easily be removed, however, using the right cleaning products, and by using a tile protector on the tiles to help to make them easier to clean when dirty.
We wold welcome some images of the tiles in order for us to assist further with rectifying this issue. Please email those to us if you would like us to do so.
