A bit disappointed as the tile installer showed me the tiles are not really straight ..so in some point the grout in between the tiles will be slightly smaller or bigger.

We would always advise customers to let us know of any issues as soon as they become apparent so that we can rectify them accordingly. We cannot see that we have been notified of this until now.
