Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you received your sample tiles damaged, on full orders, we do package these on a pallet and shrink wrapped to minimise any chance of damaged goods. On sample orders, as they are sent via a parcel courier, sometimes damages can occur however if reported to us, we are always happy to replace or refund.
