“We were really pleased with the tiles and the service, until we tried to return unopened boxes two weeks later. We did have three unopened boxes that were sealed and unused. I phoned up to see if we could return them and this was declined. The woman’ on the phone said that unused boxes are not refundable. This is such a shame as we now have essentially lost £60 by having unused, unopened boxes that we cannot use. If we were aware of this, we never would have ordered the tiles.”
