“if you have whole packs unused a refund will not be offered, so suggest you order from somewhere else where they can give you a refund, this tile was available for similar price elsewhere”
“Callum ( Edge Lane, Liverpool branch ) was a great help with the project helping me choose the right tile, materials and quantities. John, the delivery driver, as ever, went above and beyond. Thank you both.”
“I had very bad experience with them. I ordered 3 time, 2 times arrived broken the third time sent me mixed tiles causing me financial problems, I'm about to sue them for loss of business.”

“Ordered a couple samples and then ordered the actual tiles. Everything was delivered on time. The materials I purchased appear to be of good quality as well. Overall very good experience.”
“These tiles are really good quality at a reasonable price and even my tradesman who fitted them remarked on the excellent finish. They look far more expensive than they cost, were easy to lay and very easy to clean. As a small-time property developer it is important to me that I fit the very best I can within the constraints of a tight budget and the very fact that i have ordered these tiles several times now is as good a recommendation that you can get. I would never have put them in my properties if they were not of the very best standard.Thank you”
