“Iv had amazing service with this company. Swift next day delivery, good price and outstanding customer service when contacted the week later to order a few more tiles from same batch.
The only thing I was slightly unhappy about is we have aprox 4 tiles that are chipped already so not sure how durable they actually are which is a real Shame because overall they look beautiful. Also when they were delivered on the large pallet, they were tied together with tape and once we cut the tape to get to the tiles they instantly fell and sadly we lost 2 whole boxes as they smashed. I think personally there was too many tiles packed onto one pallet and the weight was just too much. We didn’t call and complain though we just purchased more.”
“I am so impressed with this company, I was desperately trying to find a 'white' Matt tile, which was proving impossible! I had 3 working days to find a tile before my tilers started (the tile they were getting was obsolete!) I requested samples on the Friday, they were delivered (through storm darragh royal mail delivered, thank you) I had my order ready for first thing Monday, and when I went in my basket it disappeared, then I couldn't see it on the website! I rang them in shear panic and a lovely lady went away, rang me back and sorted it and the tiles were delivered on the Tuesday, fitters laid them Wednesday and they look fabulous”

Delivery service was great, was updated from despatch to delivery and given 2 hour delivery slot on the day. Just had the tiles fitted, look stunning. I looked at ALOT of tiles and these were far superior and were by far the cheapest....would highly recommend to anyone.”
