“The tiles were great quality and delivered in pristine condition, unfortunately they delivered 140 600x600 tiles to my house address instead of the site address that was put on the notes.
After speaking to, three very pleasant customer service representatives that all assured me the problem had been resolved with the delivery company and received email confirmation that it was so my tiles were still sat at the wrong address 6 days later.
We subsequently moved them ourselves.”

“I ordered so many samples from several companies, the Blanco were the cheapest but they were just as white and shiny as their more expensive rivals - in fact brighter than some of them so it was a no brainer! The result is “show home” - the hallway and kitchen suffer with poor natural lighting and it’s brightened them up soooo much!! I couldn’t be happier!!!!! Last photo added for before comparison!”
