“I purchased one tile as a sample at £20. I did this online but had been informed in store that I could return it if it was not right. After receiving the tile we realised that it was not quite the correct colour. The tile was untouched. I took it back to store and they informed me I had to ring customer service to return the tile. I did this and the customer service line said sample tiles are non refundable and cannot be returned. This is terrible customer service and not competitive. It is also dreadful that I was informed in store that samples could be returned. If I had been informed in advance that they couldn’t then I would not have purchased. I am now left with a tile I do not need and you have taken £20.”
