“Having recently ordered 35m2 of this product I had arranged for it to be laid after delivery. The delivery was delayed due to the driver not being able to upload both pallets.
Delivery was then rearranged for Monday without any communication about date or time. I have therefore had to pay extra for the labourers to return for an extra day to finish the job.”
