We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with this product.
As long as the correct ratio of grout to hardener is used, the Kerapoxy grout should start to go off in roughly 45 minutes.
If you are finding that it is taking longer than this, unfortunately, the ratio of hardener to grout has likely been mixed incorrectly.
You should use the full tub of hardener with the full tub of grout and mix in one go to maintain the ratio and mixing in batches could cause an incorrect ratio.
“When laid this product did not set properly and was porous so within a day it became dirty. We had to remove all grout and re-do with a different product. When it was removed the grout was flexible. Added to the fact some of our tiles we were 'bowed' we are extremely unhappy with both the grout and the tiles we purchased.”
Thank you for leaving a review.
The Kerapoxy grout is a 2 part grout which comes with a grout and hardener, as long as the ratios are followed, there should be no issues with the grout setting, and if the ratio is maintained, then it should start to set within 45 mins and then set to cure for a minimum of 24hrs.
In regards to the tiles, we will contact our quality control team to check the tiles are within the standard tolerance.
If we can assist further, please contact our customer service team.
Kind Regards,
Tile Mountain.

“This grouting was used with the silver glitter on glass mirrored tiles and its looks fabulous! Lots of sparkle, gets good comments, just wish I could wear it as a lippy!!!”
