“I wanted a premixed adhesive that was easy to use for my first time tiling and this did not disappoint. Didn't go off quickly and the tiles are still stuck to the wall so a good product for a good price in my opinion.”
“Absolutely appalling company. Goods didn't arrive, zero customer service, no calls back i had to constantly chase them, no interest in chasing the delivery even though it didn't arrive 3 days running. In fact staff told not to chase the courier by managers. Cost me 3 days money for men sitting waiting for a non existent delivery and Tile Mountain were not interested one iota in resolving the delivery issue. If i could give a minus star rating that would be too good.”
We are very sorry to see that your customer experience has not been what we would like. We do use a third-party courier and so unfortunately are dependant on them for updates regarding deliveries. We can see that we have chased this on numerous occasions but unfortunately were struggling to get an answer. However, this is now the level of service that we expect from our courier and for our customers, and we are very sorry that this has happened and that you have been so inconvenienced.
