Due to adhesive being a perishable item, we are unable to accept these back unless this is within 14 days and the full order is being returned, We do try to make this as clear as possible in our terms and conditions.

We are very sorry to see that you are dissatisfied with the service that you have received. As these tiles have been ordered on two separate occasions, and as we were not made aware of any batch requirements at the time of ordering, we have been unable to rectify this for you though, as previously advised, you can return the tiles to us for a full refund or replacement from one batch. Please give a member of our customer service team a call if you wish to discuss this any further.
