“We run a landscaping business and the tiles were due to arrive on Friday 23rd July.
They turned up and half the order was wrong
We were then promised they would be there on Monday, nothing turned up despite us being told by customer services they would be there.
On monday evening we were told they would DEFINITELY arrive on Tuesday.
Despite us checking in with customer service who told us it was out for delivery but they couldn’t contact their courier company to get an ETA - we were told on Tuesday at 6 pm that the trailer hadn’t even left the depot.
Wednesday - I had to call customer services hourly until I spoke to one of the managers who confirmed that nothing would be sent out that day and that it would arrive on Thursday.
The tiles didn’t actually arrive until Friday half the order was still wrong.
Business to business this company is to be avoided at ALL costs.
Despite us originally confirm the delivery date of 23rd July we were then told not to put workman on site until Tile Mountain had delivered successfully.
We always wait for a deposit to be paid and order confirmed before we confirm resource. A day or two a I can manage to move a schedule around but for over a week it was completely unacceptable and above all else - we were continuously lied to by customers services.
