“Order/delivery was straightforward and smooth process. For some reason, however, I received my order which consisted of two different batches- glad I spotted this as there was a slight variation in colour. I contacted customer services and they arranged for 9 replacement tiles of the correct batch to be sent out immediately. They arrived two days later. If it wasn’t for this inconvenience, I would have given a 5 star review. The tile/colours are perfect now laid. I’d recommend ordering from this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
