“I was a bit sceptical buying tiles online but apart from the odd store and many more shut down for covid, I was forced to go online. I found the company simply through Google searching and after guiding through their extensive selection, I asked for some free samples. They came very promptly which was important and despite getting a few others from other company's (often waiting over a week) I bit the bullet and ordered from tile mountain. I was a bit wary of their policy of having to check the tiles within 48hrs to raise an issue and though I only ordered 30 tiles they were each 4ft sq and weighed around 20kg each. Delivery was on-time and came on a pallet covered throughly with plastic. Upon unwrapping a few boxes appeared scruffed and damaged but if you remember that these tiles are imported and been in a warehouse you just need to hope no tiles are cracked. With the sheer volume time and effort to check every individual tile I just couldn't do it. However upon laying each tile not a single tile was damaged and each were in perfect condition. The quality is very impressive and design and feel are on the premium scale. I decided to change the layout of the arrangement so needed two extra tiles. So rather paying for delivery I decided to drive to the tunstall store to collect. The phone service was excellent and upon arrival at the store I was amazingly surprised at how impressive the store was. If you live close to one I would recommend going and viewing. Service I had at the store was quick and friendly and everyone at the store some with issues all left happy as I waited for the chap to collect my tiles from the warehouse and deliver to my car. I would definitely shop with tile mountain again and it will be the first store/website I go to when shopping for tiles again. Really happy customer 😃”
