“I asked for samples, one of each pattern colour, I received very small samples (3” square) that only showed about 5mm of the pattern (I am not exaggerating!) I called and requested better samples but was told the samples were randomly cut and could not be specified. Therefore I requested full samples (which is what I expected in the first place) but was told I would need to pay for full size samples!? All other suppliers I have used provide full size samples for decorative tiles! The person on the phone was very unhelpful and disinterested!
We went to a different supplier who were thankfully much more helpful and the client was pleased with the alternative product and samples.”

We offer a free cut sample service on all of our tiles and apologise if you were unhappy with the selection you received. With reference to our full-size sample service, we ask our the cost of the tile is covered and we cover the cost of delivery.
