“We were very very hesitant in ordering from Tile Mountain. We are so pleased that we did, excellent service from the start. Ordered on a Friday arrived the following Tuesday. 1 tile had small chips around the edges (this was an odd one that wasn’t in a box to protect it). Phoned Tile Mountain and a replacement tile arrive on the Thursday. We did laugh as this lonely tile was strapped very safely on a pallet.
