“My Tile Mountain experience wasn't a smooth one I have to say, but now my tiles are up, I'm very happy with them. The Talent Beige tiles were perfect for our pool refurb and such a good price. My tiler is a genius and was able to account for the variation in thickness and the occasional warped tile. Do make sure that you order plenty - I had to re-order twice and delivery is pretty punchy. Twice I had broken tiles arrive (once as they were no longer in their box and in hundreds of pieces on the van floor) but when I finally managed to speak to someone in customer services they were excellent and sent the replacement tiles immediately.
