“I ordered 4 boxes of these tiles. Unfortunately 45% of them arrived chipped or broken-just as well i over ordered.
I wanted to order floor tiles but upon sending me samples, none of them matched.”
We are very sorry to see that you received some damage to your order.
We do always advise customers to let us know of any damages they receive so that we can issue any replacements/refunds that are needed. We cannot see that we have been informed of this issue as of yet, but would still like to help in any way we can.
