“Terrible customer service. Missing tiles on delivery and had to repay more money in order to order more as the staff and company were not accepting liability for delivery of missing materials!
Then when the the 2nd set of tiles arrived despite being told they are the same tile are clearly not! Different shade of colour completely!
Do not use this company.. use a tile supplier that know what they are doing

“I ordered 4 boxes of these tiles. Unfortunately 45% of them arrived chipped or broken-just as well i over ordered.
I wanted to order floor tiles but upon sending me samples, none of them matched.”
We are very sorry to see that you received some damage to your order.
We do always advise customers to let us know of any damages they receive so that we can issue any replacements/refunds that are needed. We cannot see that we have been informed of this issue as of yet, but would still like to help in any way we can. “I only found Tile mountain as we ordered bits from our bathroom and honestly I'm so happy wit our purchase of floor and wall tiles. The bathroom is nearly finished but the quality it top grade and they look stunning. I'm currently I'm the process of ordering our kitchen floor tiles with them too. I highly recommend.”
