“The tiles themselves are really nice but they are not all cut to the same size. We have 3 mm difference across batches, which looks awful when laid on a large floor area. Be very careful when ordering as they don’t consider the batch number when reordering and you may have totally different sizes.”
We would always recommend ordering enough tiles to cover the whole project initially to avoid reordering and leading to batch differences. In the instance further tiles are needed we do ask that the batch information is provided however can not guarantee that the same batch would be available due to rapid stock turnover.
