“The tiles themselves seem to be as described but the delivery was a total disaster. I ordered 15 tiles and after 3 deliveries I now have 15 tiles following multiple breakages on each delivery. I now have wooden pallets left behind. The delivery company refused to collect them so somehow I have to dispose of them.”
