“Delivery was brilliant and on time and the tiles are good unfortunately too small for my project. The lack of pick up service for returns is a big issue as they only have one depot and it's in Stoke on Trent.”

We also acknowledge your concerns about the return process. As we use a third-party courier, a collection/return service is not something that we are able to offer, and we do advise customers of the process on our website, which can be viewed prior to ordering. We always strive to improve our services, however, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us with this.
