“The tiles are beautiful but our experience was poor!! We spent over £700 on the tiles. We had a delivery date on a Friday for kerbside delivery. They wanted £270 to bring them into the house. We rang multiple times to try and figure out was happening with the delivery and no one knew. We obviously needed to organise for friends and family to help bring in these tiles. We were told on the Monday they would arrive and we would be contacted with a time slot. No phonecall until after they had arrived. We were told over the phone that we would get a good will gesture for the inconvenience but no contact since”
