“i bought fair few tiles and customer service and advice is top class. I fell short on 2 tiles due to tilers error on measurment but Pav @ Tile sorted out next day delivery straight away. Also there was plenty to choose from and would defo use tile mountain again
Thanks guys”
“Just fabulous tiles, look at my bathroom transformation! Tiler also mentioned that the quality is the best he’s ever worked with, of course they are large and heavy but the size of them gives that premium look to your bathroom. I would recommend”
“Thought it would be white. Ordered a sample, it arrived. Only reviewing because this damn review request keeps pinging into my in box.
The tile is more grey than white, I won’t be purchasing as I want white marble not grey.”
We apologise the tile was not as expected, we operate the sample service so all our customers are able to have an idea of the tile prior to placing a full order. If you would like to discuss alternatives with a member of the team please contact us.
“These tiles are seriously gorgeous! Very lifelike, detailed veining in shades of grey and amber across a very, very pale grey/white background. Lots of different veining patterns across the batch of tiles we received. For large tiles they are also thin at only 6.5mm = a bonus in a small bathroom. They arrived on the day we chose, firmly attached to a protective pallet. All the tiles were perfect. Great tiles and well done Tile Mountain”
