“3 stars only due to colour. Nice tiles but not really grey. More of a greyish beige, just weird. I was hoping for a silvery grey as it looks in the photos. Quality was fine. The tiler had no issues installing them inline with each other. He said there may have been the issues others mentioned if we had staggered them like house bricks. If they were actually grey I’d give 5 stars. Hope this helps.”

We do offer a sample service so that customers can check to see whether or not their chosen tile is suitable for their project, and would always advise contacting us straight away should any problems/concerns become apparent.

We do treat any quality complaint with the utmost importance; however, on this occasion, I cannot see that we were notified of any issues on this occasion. Nevertheless, we will report this to our quality team, and if we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.
