“Really pleased with the tile, however 3 arrived broken after a couple of weeks wait until stock arrived. I contacted the Customer Service team who issued a form to complete and submit on line, which I did, however I have not received any follow up since, even though the form suggested they would be replaced within 24 hours? I contacted the Customer Service team again, only to find out they have now finished for Christmas. Feedback at the time of the form submission would have been appreciated.”
