“I have ordered these for our ensuite. So happy with them. Unfortunately we were missing one tile….my fault when I calculated what I needed wrong. I have called in and I got additional tiles the next day by DPD. I paid very little extra charge for shipping. Great experience and tile!”
“We love the tiles - they look just like the pics on the site and can't wait to have our bathroom finished so we can look at them all the time!
A couple of points which let the star rating down were (1) the delivery was farcical - next day turned into 3 days later and multiple calls to CS with little information on where they disappeared to, and (2) the grout recommended on the page doesn't match the fake grout at all - it's much darker. I'm working on convincing myself this doesn't matter for sanity's sake.”
We are sorry to see to see that you experienced some problems with your delivery. We do use a third-party courier and so do have to reply on them for updates and notifications regarding deliveries.
