“Tiles are some of the easiest to cut that I’ve encountered. They look great in place, very pleased.
Unfortunately there were a lot of breakages in transport which was dealt with very quickly and professionally by tile mountain. However, I’m now left with over a box of tiles I don’t need (and taken loads of broken ones to the recycling centre). It would help if more time was given before having to make a choice between a refund or replacement on the broken tiles - just a thought?”

We would always advise taking advantage of our free sample service prior to placing a full order to ensure that the tiles are suitable for your project. We also advise customers to let us know of any problems with their order as soon as they become apparent so that we can rectify things accordingly.
