“On arrival 1 box was damaged and tile mountain where very fast at getting another one out to me but when fitting the floor, we found numerous corner peices that were lifted, broken off or the joint had snapped off. We have a baby who has started crawling so could not afford to send it all back and start again so we have laid it as is. I can see us having issues in the near future based on the above. I wouldnt recommend this product, seems cheaply made.”
I am sorry to see that you have received some damage to your order.
While I can see that we have issued a replacement box to you, I understand that you still have some concerns, and this is never something that we would want for you.
If you did want to discuss this further, or to raise any other concerns, please do not hesitate to come back to us on 01782 223822 or at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk

“I've had to order quite a few samples trying to decide on quality, colour and of course price. The range is very extensive but I've finally nailed what I need for my LVT and tiled flooring. Would highly recommend and would definitely use this service again.”
“I have been trying to decide colour and quality of the LVT click flooring and have sent for several samples. They arrived the next day with each request to help me decide what I was looking for. Seeing the sample works better than looking at the picture online. I have finally decided what I'm ordering but I have to say I can't fault the swift service in helping me make a decision at the best price range for me. I can highly recommend the services from Tile Mountain and will be placing my order very soon. A great company and great team. Many thanks”
