“Panels are good quality but I find some of pattern on them looks like scrapes rather than wood pattern. Would rather those obvious dark markings weren’t there. Delivery is a big pallet of boxes that is just dropped off on front garden and which all weigh a ton and I had to bring them in one by one. Hard work for people who aren’t strong.”

We’re glad to hear that you find the panels to be of good quality, but we truly apologise for the appearance of the pattern not meeting your expectations. Your input regarding the markings is valued, and we do always offer the option of returning our products for a refund, provided the order is not installed.
As for the delivery, we understand that a large pallet can be quite the challenge, especially if it’s heavy. We do advise that our courier partner offers kerbside delivery, and would always advise having someone on hand to help with offloading the pallet. We are sorry, however, if this was not something that you were aware of, and for any inconvenience caused.
