“I'm happy with the flooring – it not only looks great but also meets my expectations in terms of specifications. It's thicker than many other LVT floorings, and the wear layer has a substantial thickness. The flooring also matched the sample we ordered, which was a reassuring experience.
Regrettably, the delivery left much to be desired. One of the pallets was in good condition, but the other one was almost completely soaked through. Every package on that pallet was either damaged or wet. Thankfully, the product itself is waterproof, so there was no harm done to the flooring. However, it was still disheartening to receive the goods in such a condition.
Overall speaking, I'm still quite happy with the flooring itself.”
