“I purchased these for my upcoming bathroom renovation, to go with white marble effect wall tiles. The quality of the delivered tiles seems better than the sample tile I ordered. The tiles have great white vein effects and the texture of the tile is smooth, with a slight gloss finish (reflects some light). I haven't fitted them yet, but when I lined some up together I could hardly notice where they join (which is a good thing in my opinion). Although they are black, they don't seem to darken the room because they still reflect some light.
The Tile Mountain service was very good. The tiles arrived a day late, but I was informed by telephone call in advance and was offered a refund on my delivery cost, which I was very pleased with. By contrast, I was expecting my wall tiles (Topps Tiles) to be delivered the same day, but they were also delayed, and I did not receive a phone call from Topps Tiles about it.
I would be happy to purchase more flooring from Tile Mountain in the future - possibly the same black tiles, for my kitchen.
As a side note, the sample service was really good. I ordered a batch of three, then another batch of three, and then 1 single tile. All of them arrived very quickly.”
“Looks nice and simple once you get the hang of it too have to be very careful that the grooves are clear before tapping with the mallet or it damages the surface. I didn't think the instructions were very good .”
