“Waited all day on delivery day at home, no flooring arrived, called in afternoon as hadn't received any delivery update to be told they don't do updates. Called next day and asked when it would be delivered, assured definitely coming that day, still no delivery. Called day after again when my fitters were arriving and no flooring for them to fit and was told that as it was now Saturday my delivery wouldn't be till the following week as the couriers don't deliver at weekends. Cancalled order and drove to local place to buy flooring so fitters had a floor to install only to find when I got home with my vehicle filled with the local flooring I purchased the original delivery I cancelled was now blocking my driveway, called again and was apologised to but was left with my driveway blocked with a flooring that now needed returning for refund for 4 full days. What should gave been a simple process was z total stressful shambles and I'm still awaiting my refund!”

We are very sorry for the delays in your order arriving with you. I can see that we did contact you on the day the order was due to arrive to advise of the initial delay and to apologise that the order would not be arriving. Nevertheless, in using a third party courier for our deliveries, we would expect them to arrive when advised and we are very sorry this was not the case.
