“Received a phone call the day before delivery and got told that item was now out of stock despite paying for this. Being told several hours before the item was due to be delivered is not good enough as then had to pay cancellation fees for the fitters that were lined up.
Appears the company do not know there stock levels and are happy to take payment and not let you know until a deay before the items are due to be delivered
To make matters worse was told i need to wait 5 days for a refund (which i have still not received) - This has left me out of pockets, with no flooring and calcaellation fees from fitters. Also unable to order a new flooring from elsewhere with Tile Warehouse keeping hold of funds for 5 days after not being able to fulfill the order requirements”
