Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of leftover materials or unused tiles from an order. Tile Mountain operates with continually low prices and rapid stock turnover, so we’re unable to accept returns of leftover products or items outside of a full order cancellation.

“I recently ordered some bathroom tiles, aswel as tile trim on the same order. I was notified that the trim had a delay for when it would arrive, but I would be updated when it arrives back in stock.
As soon as the tiles arrived, I received an email stating that the trim would be delivered the following week! The delivery company used was just as good as tile mountain's delivery arm. With regular updates of ETA, and everything was done to the letter. Another excellent purchase and delivery!”
