“The tiles themselves are 10/10. I used Lemmy Nimbus on the walls and Lemmy Venom on the floors; the quality is top-tier and they look stunning. Even my builder was impressed, noting how easy they were to work with. I would highly recommend the products themselves.
However, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility regarding delivery. I had to place a follow-up order for a few extra tiles and was charged the full delivery fee again. Despite having placed a very large initial order and being just shy of the "free delivery" threshold for the second one, I contacted customer service to see if they could help, but they refused to waive the charge.
It’s a shame that after spending a significant amount, there was no goodwill gesture for a small top-up order. Great products, but the service felt a bit rigid in this instance. So the tiles are 5 star but because of the inflexible delivery options I have given 4 stars.”
