“Order 30 slabs for a patio job on my back yard, some of the slabs had scratches on where possible caught in transit from Spain, however used them all and Tile mountain refunded me with 48 hours”
“I highly recommend using this company, we have boug ht lots of different tiles over the years and have always been happy with the quality of the tiles. This time we bought some outside paving slabs and although they did send us two different batches they were very quick to replace with another batch which matched the tiles we had already Installed. We should have checked all the batches before we put them down but there were so many boxes we didn't. However I think they treated us very well.”
“Great tile, very nice quality. Came well packed but I had a few with broken corners. Customer services were very effective and efficient, refunding me 1/2price as I'm still able to use them where I cut tiles to shape.”
“Satisfied with tile, but wrong batch number delivered.Ordered batch 9023,9033 delivered which was a different shade.Rang same day and spoke to Kath who is an asset to your team and arranged another delivery.However 2 days lost.Spoke to Logistics who arranged a separate courier to deliver correct tiles and pick up wrong tiles.This is when the problems really started.2 men turned up in a transit style van with no tail lift.They could hardly speak a word of English.I tried to explain how heavy the tiles were(2 600x600 tiles per box)and to handle them carefully but many were man handled (dropped)Eventually unloaded the van then started to collect wrong tiles.They were very rushed resulting in a pack of tiles dropped on my foot! I thought it was broken and attended A&E for X Rays.Fortunately just badly bruised but extremely painful
Therefore I hold your Logistic team responsible for hiring cowboys to do the delivery..”

“It is way better looking than the sample size cut. Beautiful colour under the sun. None of the tiles came broken and the delivery is next day which is unheard of!”
