“We love our tiles, however some arrived chipped which we assume was from poor handling from the courier. However you only get 24 hours to unpack the tiles and notify them, which we didn’t do until 48-72 hours after when we came to lay. Our mistake but we advise anyone getting the files to check Asap.”

“I have cut several of these slabs with a diamond disc specifically for ceramic tiles. They cut very well with little chipping. Where chipping does occur it is very small and will not detract from the finish as I have edge profiles to fit.”
