“Tiles great. Next day delivery excellent. Ready for 2nd stage project. However, due to 28 tiles from a year ago all cracked, probably dropped in transit, admittedly without photo evidence, now £350 plus in extra cost. Pity there was no goodwill reduction on price. Disappointed with outcome from this issue.”
We do ask that orders are checked over and that any damage is reported to us within 7 days of delivery. This is so that we can process the claim with our courier, but more importantly, so that we can issue replacements from the same batch of tiles. At this stage, unfortunately, this is not something that we would be able to do. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I have, however, asked the showroom to contact you directly to see if there is anything more that we can do to assist.

“We had choosen tiles on the tile mountain web site, but decided to visit to see the product in person. The Milton Keynes showroom is very smart. We were shown the actual tiles and decided to buy. We had a lower price from elsewhere, tile Mountain matched the price. Our order was placed.
Delivery was at the exact time that we were informed of when we placed the order. The tiles were in perfect condition. I'm now in the process of laying our new patio.”
