““The Ebor grey outdoor slabs are fine, builder has done the job well, but the no-return policy on three unopened surplus boxes is unacceptable. Customers should be able to return unused materials, especially when ordering estimates can result in excess stock.””
“Very very POOR company. Tiles arrived 5 days late. 24 smashed. Dumped on the pavement blocking my driveway and some of my neighbours. Ignored my emails for 3 days. I had a builder booked who charged me for half a day as he had nothing to lay. Then had to report them to trading standards to get my refund for the broken tiles. Honestly one of the WORST online suppliers I have ever come across. They should not be truted!!!”
